This was not my first time at this rodeo, I came a few years ago and idk why I haven't returned since, lol. One of my buddies recommended it and so naturally I HAD to. I came in for lunch with a friend and we got there around 11:30, which was perfect because as we were eating, the lunch crowd started to pile in. We had the corner booth. The walls need to be wiped down, so just don't look (kidding, but not). We ordered the #10, #16, and the #86, because I wanted to be a fatty. How did I never know they had these Bánh Khot (Mini Vietnamese Pancakes) here?! You better believe I'll be coming here when I get a craving for them again!! If you've had Bánh Khot from that IG-famous place in Westminster, these are just as good, if not better!! I want to say they are slightly bigger in size compared to the ones at Bánh Khot Lady, but they come with everything you need, including the mouthwatering sauce! You do need to be patient when ordering them, though, because these babies are made fresh and the wait is WORTH IT!! I had to take half of my pho home since I've shrunk my stomach again (yay!), but that Bánh Khot got torn tf up!! No leftovers because it was all that and a bag of chips!! The pho is a good size and they came out within minutes of us ordering. The restaurant is a really good size. The service wasn't bad, but the guy who served us most of the time needs to speak up and smile. The prices here are great! I know January is upon us, so that usually means inflation (ugh!!), but I hope this place can keep their current prices or at least close to. The parking situation isn't bad, the establishments in this area are all accessible. Now that you know where to find an OC treasure in the IE, stop into Pho Minh and get you some!! Thank me later, lol!

Traditional Viet dishes that hit the spot. We spend a lot of time checking out Viet places in Orange County and this one is just as great. Definitely the best Viet place we have found In Temecula. Flavors are perfect, restaurant is clean and it seems like a Family owned restaurant. Coming back to try the Pho next time

Banh Khot on their menu caught my eye since I could only find them in Westminster. Had to try them here. The place was very clean. Servers were very friendly and attentive. The Banh Khot were delicious. Perfect crunchiness on the outside and tasty fillings. The wonton egg noodle soup was flavorful. The next table ordered the bone soup and those were some gianurmous bones which I can't wait to try next time. Definitely coming back again to try other stuff on the menu.

The cleanest pho place ever built. I can't say anything about the cleanliness of this restaurant. It feels so good to eat my food Secondly. The service is perfect. Give them a good tip. They deserve it. Even if the food won't be good, I will still go to this place because of the awesome service. The staff always check on you. Not just serve the food and forget. Fortunately the food is just too delicious. I will for sure vist this place again. There's a lot that I want to try.

I ordered through GrubHub - UH-MAZING IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT! I'm obsessed with pho and spring rolls and this was my first time ordering. Wonderful customer service as they did exactly as l had asked (please place the raw meat in a separate bag so it doesn't over cook on the drive). Phenomenal! The spring rolls are PORK AND SHRIMP which I can't seem to find anywhere else lately with BOTH options inside the roll. I haven't been to the location yet but I'm going to now! Thank you thank you!!!

My dad and I ate here for breakfast after his appointment. It's the only Vietnamese restaurant in the area open at 9am. We both ordered the #36 fried chicken and rice with an egg. It was exactly what I wanted for breakfast and my dad was happy too! The Vietnamese coffee was strong and delicious. Our table just needed to be wiped down. Otherwise, it was a decent restaurant. Bathrooms were okay. The servers were efficient. Paid slightly under $50 with tip... I prefer eating here at this price than at Denny's.

Outstanding on all levels! Love how tucked away and chill it feels. The BBQ SHRIMP Vermicelli was FANTASTIC! So was the dish with BBQ pork! Thai tea could have been a bit stronger with more tea and less milk. Would like to try the spring rolls with tofu next time and also try the Pho. The vermicelli dish really hit in the summer tho! Love the cold noodle salad vibe. All the sauces were delicious! We'll be back to try other things! So many different options on their menu! Service was really good and the waiter was dancing so you know the vibe was on point! Fist pumps for the win!

After a night of drinking, everyone is craving some warm comfort food. We're so happy to have found such a legit Vietnamese place. The pho broth was very fragrant with spices and a tad sweet. The Bo kho broth had a depth of spices and sweet from the carrots and onions, very beefy. The Banh beo had crispy pork cracklings which is authentic but rare to see in the US. Most places omit or replace with fried croutons. My only complaint is that their fish sauce aka nuoc Cham was pretty plain. Wish it was jazzed up with garlic, chili flakes, lime juice, and sugar. The Banh khot flavors were good. I did wish it was crispier. Overall in the top 10% of Vietnamese restaurants for sure. And surprised to find such a good find in random Temecula. I eat plenty from San Gabriel Valley, Oakland, and San Jose to give you context.
